I've been working out for several years but never really pushed myself or took cardio and dieting seriously. I have a pretty decent mussle mass and have been concentratiing on weight loss after packing on some pounds after the first year of taking care of my Twin girls.

Guesstimate by bodyfat is in the 25% range
I started at 240 pounds when I started taking my cardio more seriously and began running more in mid-december, as I have dropped some pounds the running has gotten easier. Should be around 205 to 210 is my guess.
I'm more interested in fat burning cardio health than running a marathon and now that my weight is on its way down I want to start back on some serious weight training and try some High intenisty interval training for my Cardio.
I am looking for something that will give me a boost and help melt away the rest of the fat.
Would Power Drive or hot-rox be more benefical for this?
