Why do the people at T-nation act like this stuff is gods gift to man? They really seem to think that it works. Does anyone here support diet pills/fat loss pills while cutting?
 
good question.. i'm interested in seeing the replies.
my mom swears by them.. she doesn't care if its a placebo as long as it gets her motivated.
i took them once before (hydroxycut and another one but i cant remember the name) and all they did to me was upset my stomach.
I've also tried one called venom that did not upset my stomach, but I don't see the need to take them. my motivation come from else-where. :)

Most of the people that i know that take them, take them because they dont feel hungy when they do. i try to tell them it's good to eat, just make better choices, but they thing that by only eating one fast food meal a day and taking hydroxycut are doing them good..
 
I take them and like them. I get a lot of energy and help supress my appetite. They are by no means a super pill, IF your diet is 100% spot on, they can be a usefull tool. When cutting the carbolin 19 they contain seem to help me retain muscle a little better as well.

Also I would like to say that I did not know that Hot rox was made by biotest. And biotest = t-nation, right? I see the connection now...

Wait, no I bought the Hot Rox for 20 and got a free bottle of vitamins.
