Hi,
I'm new to this forum, but I've lived in Hong Kong for the past 3 years and over that time due to the (fatty and rich) local diet and lunches have gained some weight and fat.
I'm considering the services of a dietitian to help manage my weight and effectively lose weight (and fat). Has anyone had any experiences with dietitians in Hong Kong (what do they do/how much do they charge?)...a quick Google search gave me this dietitian:
