Honey Roasted Peanuts?

Just out of curiousity, how good are honey roasted peanuts for you? I know they contain some "good" fats, but other than that, how good are they? I usually eat them after I work out, or sometimes when I want a small snack. I'm trying to tone/lose a little fat, so I just want to know if maybe I shouldn't eat them, or maybe not eat as much of them. Thanks!

well...honey IS fattening. that's no secret! but i wouldn't say it's BAD for you - how much do you eat? i sprinkle some on my salad a few times a week and like it a lot! satisfies the sweet tooth without a lot of fat & calories. i wouldn't however delude myself that i would be losing weight, eating it.....

If you must have peanuts, get the plain roasted unsalted kind. Almonds and walnuts are a much better choice for nuts - they have more protein and fibre.
