home workout

ok you guys have probably all heard this one before but i cant find it anywhere so i have to ask. I took all the advice given to the motivation i have a high metabolism anyway but i am eating right i hope!!! and working out. My only problem is A; i have a slight phobia of gyms. i wouldnt say i was the best apple in the basket but i aint ugly either but at my gym(the only one for miles) its full of my peers only the bronzed adonis'. this some would say would be a great motivator " i wanna look like that" only problem is they all have their heads jammed so far up their own toned butt they wouldnt even notice me.
The second reason i have a two year old son so finding time is hard and i have all the weights at home. Can anyone give me advice on how too maximise my workout and really utilise what i got. I quite like the addage use what you have dont want what you cant. So any tips would be great also thanks to everyone that replied to the other thread......"motivation"

i've been lifting at home for over 11 years, myself

what equipment do you have?

sorry guys i have a full set of weights both barbell and dunbells i have a bench chin up bar sit up machine (not a big fan of) i know going to the gym would mean i could use rowing machines but i do have access to a multi gym thingy........sorry dont know the names. I want to gain muscle mass i have pretty good definition and i just wanted to know if theres anything you could recommend to do i have been doing things like 7's (bicep curl to elbow x7 curl from elbow to shoulder x7 and then full stroke x7) stuff like that just bits i have picked up from magazines but i wanna be bigger. thanks guys
