I don't have the time to go to the gym but I don't have a lot of equipment, like I just have 10 pound dumbbells and some sort of band (not sure the resistance) but it doesn't offer much to me.
But I weigh like 185 I'm 5"10 and I'm wondering if this would be a good workout routine to lose some weight and get some form of definition.
50 Pushups a day in sets of 15, 10, 10, 15
100 Crunches (my back makes a strange crack when I do sit-ups so I stay away from them)
50 arm curls
50 jack hammer curls
25 Butterfly curls (think that's what they're called)
and finally 25 weighted squats
