Home Workout & diet plan for 15 yr old girl looking to tone

Hi everyone! I'm new here and i was just wondering if anyone could help me work out a workout plan and diet plan so i can look fit and toned for summer vacation! I am 15 years old, about 5'6" and 118 lbs. I recently came to realize if i keep eating and living the way I do, I'm going to be overweight when I am older so i'm not looking to lose weight, just to tone . I don't have any workout equipment since i will be at home when i do this so the workouts have to be simple to do, but still help me get the results i want. Thanks!
 
For the diet side of things, keep it simple. Get your 5 serves of veggies, 3 serves of fruit, 3 serves of dairy, 1-3 serves of meat/eggs, and drink enough water to stay hydrated.

For the exercise side of things, I recommend looking up Mark Sisson's Primal Blueprint. The program basically consists of: do some light-to-moderate activity most days of the week; do bodyweight training 2 days a week; and do some fast training (sprinting or HIIT) 1 day a week. It's pretty well suited to your needs and resources.
 
You can accomplish a lot with just basic body weight training at home.
