Home program (dumbbell/bench) Need a link!

Hello all!

I am newbie!:jumping::beer2:

I would like to get a good program, to train myself, i only have room/capital for a bench and some dumbbells, maybe a row machine. and would like to train my whole body in a healthy way, i want my muscles to grow but not be enourmous, power is more important to me.
I think 3-4 sessions of 1-1,5 hours a week including 10 minute warm up, will be a good compromise(maybe in the low end?)?
I think it is hard to tell witch programes are best when i google, and would apreciate a link with exercises (a whole program).

I have both Men's Health Big Book of Exercises and Ultimate Dumbbell Guide. I have learned a lot from them. I only use dumbbells for my workout.
