Weight-Loss Home made fat burner?

I'm new here.. and I'm just wondering.. most fat burners are caffeine based, correct? Which is somewhat of a common thing to come by, which makes me wonder if people have made up any sort of home made concoction that works as one, instead of spending the money to get the supplements...

Home made fat burner - put sneakers on feet and go out and walk... and limit the amount of white flour products and processed foods you eat.

I do run at least 20 minutes a day... but I'm wondering if doing something such as drinking a coffee 30 minutes before each meal will do something.
