Well, the last week is upon us. :party: And this is your last bonus: Post your Holiday weight loss goals and how you plan to achieve them in your team's thread. For example, are you going to try and lose weight over the next few weeks, or maintain, or are you planning on gaining? You'll get 25pts for doing so. :santa:

This is the last week, so let's give it our best--let's try to reach those challenge weight goals if you haven't already. :party:
 
I am hoping and praying to maintain!
 
I'm planning to continue to lose - I'll have a scale gain for the challenge tomorrow, due to a freak low last week, but I'm losing right on track according to my little spreadsheet. I'm not a drinker, and we don't do a big thing for the holidays, so that doesn't affect my weight normally. Tax season is my big challenge - it would be nice to continue to lose, but I'd be happy maintaining. I've got about 20 more pounds to go at this point, which will take me at least until mid-March.

Oh, and I guess I'll pray too... Pray that Bikinibound will organize a challenge like this one after Christmas... That was very fun, thanks!! :)
 
I'm going to work my butt off the next few weeks, as last week I was without power and the week before that I was sick. It's been a trying month, but I will MAKE IT! my goal that is!!

You're both in luck. I'm starting up another challenge on Jan. 4th that is inspired by the Biggest Loser show. I hope you'll both check it out.

My goal is to lose weight. Even if I have to exercise a whole bunch to make up for that piece of chocolate.
