Turkey Sandwich on Whole Grain
Banana

I drink about 20oz. of Water with each meal, and 2% Milk(for the Shakes).
I'm trying to gain muscle mass at the moment, is this diet sufficient?

your breakfast is awful...
where are the oats? eggs? FOOD?!

You dont eat for 6 hours after breakfast....why?

to gain muscle mass, you need a calorie surplus, i doubt you even meet your minimum maintence with that diet.

you asked for oppinions on your diet, i just noticed there was no breakfast...it was meant to be joking, hope you didnt take it the wrong way.

Take the protein bar with you to work, or maybe some cottage cheese and a fruit, brownbag something.

Make yourself some eggs and have some fruit or something with them in the morning. I suggest starting a log at fitday.com to keep track of how many calories you are getting, you will be suprised at how few calories you are actually getting.

I suppose I could eat a larger breakfest, and eat the protein bar at work, that'd work out Ok.

: ( if ur trying to bulk u need a lot of calories so thats y i said that....your diet looks like its aaround 2000 calories so yea...u need more. im 5'7'' and i need 2244 calories to MAINTAIN. ur 5'10'' and u want to bulk. i still stand firmly when i say to eat more.

ur breakfast: around 300 cals

ur lunch: around 600 cals

?snack: around 150 cals

dinner1: around 500 cals

protein shake: around 300 cals (probably less)

dinner2: around 450 cals

thats a little over 2000....

you cant build muscle without a lot of calories
