HMB, anyone?

Hi guys!

I'm trying to get my body-fat percentage down.
I'm naturally concerned about muscle-loss while consuming less calories (but not too much; close to the 500 deficit I should think) and exercising/HIIT.

I have read that I should be doing work-outs with weights and resistance training and make sure I get a lot of protein, and I think I have followed this.

However, would it be advisable to use HMB? This is to prevent muscle breakdown:

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

Jaz

Your right about resistance training

And no HMB is not advisable and you dont need to consume lots of protein (lots as in a lot over recommended.
