Ok something simple but it is the "5th WEEK"so we all need to step up out routine a bit some more than other's including myself!!
Anyhoot each day you can get an extra 15 minutesof exersices in ontop of the 30 minutes so each day you total 45 minutesof exersice give yourself a * for the day.Remember 1 day to REST !Have fun and GL!!
