Ok something simple but it is the "5th WEEK"so we all need to step up out routine a bit some more than other's including myself!!
Anyhoot each day you can get an extra 15 minutesof exersices in ontop of the 30 minutes so each day you total 45 minutesof exersice give yourself a * for the day.Remember 1 day to REST !Have fun and GL!!:hug2:
 
I'm assuming it does not have to be all in one session? can do a 20 min in the morning, and 25 in the evening, right?
 
woohoo this bonus is going to be easy for me as i have been trying to up my workout times anyways.. lol I'm up to 35 minutes right now as i had slacked off some but starting tomorrow its 45-60 minutes of exercise a day no ifs and's or but's from me. there's no excuse for me not to get in at least 45 minutes of exercise a day.
 
I was wondering the same thing. I don't believe you missed it.
