Hello, all!

Just joined up here and just joined a gym on Tuesday. Yay! Used to be a gym rat and have let myself go all the way downhill over the last six years. Ugh. Time for that to be over!

I'm out for overall health and fitness, but would specifically like to lose about 50 pounds, tone my arms and butt, get rid of this icky back fat, strengthen my ab and back muscles, and just in general get my butt in gear and get moving! Got my first session with a trainer this Saturday.
