Well, here I am,another attempt at loosing the weight. I've lost control of the situation and have to get this weight off once and for all!!
Just 2 weeks ago I was at 133lbs now sadly up to 138 again:eek:
I need all the help and support I can get because in the fridge is the left overs from last nights girls night and theres half a triple chocolate cake just calling my name!!:(

Hey Chubbalina! Welcome to the forum...keep on coming, you'll find lots of encouragement here! Ignore those leftovers; if you're anything like me you probably can't bring yourself to throw them away, eh?
 
Sad part is thats the only thing in the fridge that's unhealthy right now, that means I have to eat that first;)
Time to get out to the grocery store and pick up some freash fruit and veggies!
Better find the running shoes from the back of the closet too
I just need a kick in the pants to do it..:rolleyes:

Throw away the cake. Just take it out of the fridge and toss it into the trash. I think of it like this: My body has had enough cake for a while...that's what got me into this mess. It's time to clean it up. Throw it away--don't open it, don't go for a small taste, just chuck it away---or give it to me :) hahaha
 
Ok, the cake is over at my parents,out of sight out of mind right???LOL!
So, where do I go from here....seems a little difficult to find a good place to land and call home here, any suggestions??

Yep, I've enrolled in that one( 6 week) I'll join the 10 day one also when it comes around!
