Hey all, I'm new here =D
A little about myself;
Err.. I'm female, 18 years old, 5'5" and at 175 Pounds![Frown :( :(](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
Well I just wanted to lose weight in 1 year before I go to college lol
So far I've started dieting/exercising for about a week now (started on July 26th 2006)
And I was hoping to lose weight in this year and look good for next year ><;
I'm eating 5 times a day small portions of around 200-300 calories each.
I'm watching my carbs/fat etc.
and I exercise everyday for about 1 hour each day.
:30 mins of weights/ab workout
:30 mins of walking on treadmill
I don't know if this is enough to lose weight in a year.. =/
I'm trying to get to around 120 Pounds, so I need to lose like 55 Pounds![Frown :( :(](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
I'm also planning to get an exercise bike, probably a recumbent bike but I'm not sure if it's better for losing weight than a stationary bike?
Erhm if I get my bike I will add another :30 mins to my workout each day so in total I will be working out for 1 1/2 hours each day..
Well at least this is what i'm trying to do this year.. ><
