hiit

how many days should i be doing HIIT cardio to get about 10 lbs of fat off - 15 lbs. and how many pushups / situps / pullups should i do. becuz i can do them well i guess. im in okay shape just gut and arms a lil. how many pushups / situps / pullups should i do. ( sets / reps ) . can you give me an idea so i can get fit in abouttt two months.
goal : lose 10 - 15 lbs and get Lean muscle ( already have muscle but it looks big
( arms ) so how do you turn that leaner / less fat . get six pack ( i can see some lines when i flex it ) .. sides and a little middle but when i dont flex its a blobbb.
food : what kinda food should i eat for a 13 year old. 13 year old on a meal plan ( dietlike? eh? O.O . weird? can you give me examples of the five / six meals of food that you guys mention a lot. an example for breakfast. inbetweens.lunch.inbetweens.dinner

please help and give advice. k thanks :]

Well for your HIIT 3 times a week is more than enough

To start off w/ ur pushups/situps ect, just do wut you can. For example do 3x20 situps for a week then the next maybve try 4x20 situps then 4x25 and so on. Same idea with pushups. Thats what I do.

To lose the 10-15 lbs just eat right and do cardio, your HIIT is for that. The plenty of posts on diet so just look around
 
I think 13 is too young to be doing HIIT and on a meal plan. There's another 13-year old boy on the forum who posted all sorts of questions for weightloss, bodybuilding, etc. and we all told him to talk to his parents/pediatrician/dietician/school nurse.
Our knowledge is for adults - not children in the most important growing stages of their life. Please take these questions to your doctor.
