HIIT while bulking.

I am following a upper/lower body split routine, lifting on monday (upper), tuesday (lower), thursday (upper) and friday (lower). I want to incorporate at least 2 HIIT sessions a week to keep me fit. When should I do these?

If you've never done HIIT before I would suggest once/week for the first month. With that said, you can do it on wed or sat.

Also make sure you get enough quality calories since you want to bulk up as well.
