Oh.....My.....God.....

It was awesome. Harder than I imagined, but damn the workout u get is amazing! I was dripping sweat! AWESOME! This new workout plan I'm on is AWESOME!!! (Have I told you how AWESOME it is?? lol)
 
HIIT helps alot. You can run, swim, bicycle, anything cardio on HIIT. Plus it burns fat 9X faster then normal jogging.
 
im injured and i seriously miss all my cardio work but especially HIIT.

after a few initial goes keep changing your intensities and durations, it will keep the challenge going and your body will work harder to adapt.
 
Thanks guys! And you know when I went out for my run today, I felt like it was a piece of cake! My legs only got tired at the end of the 3 miles! And my @$$!!! OMG! LOL I'm so excited!
