I want to lose weight and for the past week I have been running on my ellipitcal for about 45 minutes each day (resting one day). I was reading about HIIT and they say that it is very good for weight loss.. Should i replace my 45 min run with HIIT? How long do I do it for each time? Do I do it every day or do I do intertwine it with my 45min running?
