HIIT and weight tranining - which one comes first?

I plan on starting a HIIT program for 3-4 x a week. Into that, I want to do also weight training (resistance training).. now if I want to do both the same day, which one do I do first?
 
From what I've read you should do the weight exercise first and hen HIIT, as it will leave in a state that you won't want to do any exercice for a while (if performed correctly).

You should do a maximum of 3 HIIT exercices per week with at least one day of rest in between.

Hi,

Nando is right, always do weight training first. You'll wear yourself out with HIIT, so you won't be able to put in the kind of effort to really benefit from your weight training anymore...
