I plan on starting a HIIT program for 3-4 x a week. Into that, I want to do also weight training (resistance training).. now if I want to do both the same day, which one do I do first?
From what I've read you should do the weight exercise first and hen HIIT, as it will leave in a state that you won't want to do any exercice for a while (if performed correctly).
You should do a maximum of 3 HIIT exercices per week with at least one day of rest in between.
