I am shanti from India, lives in bangalore.I am new this weight loss and fitness forum ...I have been strugling with how to reduce fat bcoz after my transplant surgery i gained around 20 kg weight though i eat very healthy food , but i still gaining weight so now a days i am reading many books and articles and watching videos to help in reduce weight and live a healthy life.I hope to gain all your support in my weight loss journey and if i found something which i feel will be beneficial to fellow members i would like to share that and my experience and thoughts with you alll.Please support me.Thank you alll..have a nice day
 
Hey Shanti and welcome! I hope the transplant helped you a lot and you're well now; major surgery can really mess up food/exercise/weight. What are your plans for change?
 
I am trying to do yoga and morng 1hr walking but due to covid its becoming difficult but i am trying my best to follow these with a healthy diet
 
What/how much you eat is the most important part of weightloss anyway. Dou you count calories?
 
Hi, Shanti & welcome to the forum. What you eat is much more important for weight loss than the exercise you do. Exercise is good for you many other reasons. All the best with your recovery.
