hi im 13. im pretty developed for my age.
I am around 6'3" tall, 189 cm.
I weigh around 175lbs, 80kg.
This holiday (it's 3 weeks long) when I have time on my hands, I'm gonna try shed some fat on my chest and stomach, but I need help with doing this, as I'm quite new to this whole thing.
I'm planning of running every morning, Mon-Sat, for 20-30 mins.
I'll also do some exercises. I'm going to start with a workout like this, and increase sets and reps gradually.
Elbow to knee crunch 3 sets 15 reps
Straight arm crunch 3 sets 15 reps
Reverse crunch 3 sets 15 reps
The plank 2 sets 2 minutes
Push ups 3 sets 15 reps
Fly Push ups 3 sets 10 reps.
I'll eat lots of fruit and drink a ton of water. I eat more or less healthily.
If you could give me any advice or could try and predict if i can flatten my chest and stomach out over 3 weeks I would be greatful to hear feedback
