Sport High metabolism, skinny male teenager.

I am 17 years old, 124 pounds, 5 feet 8 inches. I need to gain weight! I really want a meal plan, i feel like it would help me alot because I will actually follow it! PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEE!
 
Like I posted on your last thread, no one here is going to just give you a plan. Personal trainers don't hang out here and hand out routines and nutrition plans to people. Not to mention, you're a minor, and that is just beggin for trouble.

But we are totally here to support and help where we can. Start a journal in the journal thread and post up your food and workouts. We'll give you tips and talk to ya. Look at "LV's Grocery List", it's stickied here. Lots of healthy food posted there. Eat healthy, and eat a lot.
 
Read through the posts, and search google for different suggestions.

If you are serious about gaining:

Train heavy, eat heavy, sleep heavy, rest heavy - And give it a big smile:)
 
I'm also a hard gainer, the only way I was ever able to gain weight was by having my days revolve around making sure I'm always full (always eating) and making sure I get a couple extra protein shakes in to add up to 2000 calories per day.
