High Intensity Workout Routine

I am a college student and looking for a workout routine to start. I played hockey all through high school and worked out at a training facility to train for hockey. Starting college I was used to high intensity workouts for about 2 hours 6 days a week plus ice time. Since starting college my workouts have become more sporadic, shorter, and in general less intense. I have found that I mentally and physically need the high intensity workouts to feel normal, but just don't have the time to work out as much as I did in high school. I am looking for a high intensity workout routine that I can complete in 1 hour or less per day. I would like to find something with already planned out routines, but any suggestions would be helpful.

Could anyone point me in the right direction.

Why not use a workout DVD routine such as Insanity or Insanity Assylum. If you want to include some weight training there's PX90 as well, which has rave reviews. Apart from that I think the only set high intensity you can do is to join some sort of boot camp class or even spin classes. I recommend the workout DVDs cause you can fit them in whenever you have time.
Some other great instructors who do high intensity workout DVDs are: Paul Katami, Bob Harper, and Jillian Michaels.
