my boy! or i could sit on the couch smoke cigarrettes and drink. He'll do what i do ya know.

Proud Dad!

Thats the coolest thing ever. I hope my kids want to do some of what I love to do too. This month my 6 yr old son is doing a kid triathlon...and is EXCITED about it. yesterday in the pool he did 4 laps without stopping and announced he wants to get faster than me :) I told him I hope he does...but not without a fight :D

lol
awesome pics FF. i wish me and my pops could do that together.
nice pullups!
its good to see your kid getting in good shape

Thats pretty awsome man. I too wish my stepdad would do that crap with me. Working out with your kid and showing him the ropes is probaly one of the most motivational things for your kid.

That's a great way to spend quality time with your kids, lead by example :)

+rep for using your super-human energy levels to inspire others

he accepted the Firday challenge and did 600 squats today. Its in the challenges thread.

and yes, he is now lifting. We do pullup pyramids in the backyard, but that's about it... he is 14 now.

I wrote his plan, went to show him his routine with him once, but he goes with his friends mostly.

that's a good sign! Friends are so important, besides, you'll always be there when he needs ya!

Let he, who jumps from a perfectly good airplane, cast the first stone. :action8:

That's one heck of a workout FF, glad to see you're doing it with your son. It's been 1.5 years, not quite 2. Hate to quote Chillen, but ROCK ON!
