Hi Jeremy and welcome :) Are you trying to lose weight?
 
Smoothies don't make you lose weight unless you replace a higher-calorie meal with a lower-calorie smoothie. I don't like to drink my calories (because it doesn't make me feel satisfied) so I can't help you with recipes but if you search healthy smoothie and keep an eye on the calorie count per portion size (careful: when influencers post a smoothie recipe the amount they show is often more than one portion) you should find loads of options.
