I suggest you start by reading through some of the diary threads and then starting a diary of your own on the Weight Loss Diary page (https://weight-loss.fitness.com/forums/weight-loss-diary.9/ ). You can tell us about yourself and your goals, that would be good start.

I'm presently not on any diet. All am doing for now is home workouts. Which I'm faithful to.
Is it really a necessity for me to register with a gym or stay on diet?

It is such a good habit to do home workouts! You don't need to go to the gym. Just continue your home workouts to keep your body healthy and strong.
What I would say about diet is you don't have to be on a special diet (which is mostly super low-calorie diet or another restrictive, debilitating diet), it would be great if you could just change your eating habits and change products to make your daily meals clean.
I don't know how your diet looks like now so I can't really say anything about that. If you want you can describe what you eat.
