I used to be pretty active with this forum quite a long time ago and as time has gone on, I can truly see the benefit of staying connected and accountable. In the years since I was an active member, I kept about 80 pounds off for about five years.

Then life happened...

So I'm back, with the goal of getting back on track. Eating well and working out.
Looking forward to getting to know you guys and getting *focused*
