hi all
I'm new to this forum, my name is Misha , I just turned 37 , I have two beautiful kids age 5 and 3. After having my son who is 3 now I started dieting to lose my pregnancy weight, and in these three years I have lost close to 40 pounds but the thing is my face has lost a lot of volume and my friends and even my family members say that I looked better when I had not lost so much weight and that I am showing age and looking kind of sick
Now I'm confused whether to keep up with this weight loss or should I try to gain some back to make my face look better again ? Help
 
Are you going to the gym? The tightness in the skin is related to muscle tone, which is affected by lifting weights (even in the face)

I do go to gym sometimes but I have lost weight mainly from dieting , eating less sometimes even skipping meals.
 
well, there's your answer then. You should be doing 2-3 days of weight training / week. This is one of my all time favourite photos and shows the huge problem with using the scale to determine a "healthy weight"
