Hi I'm Becka and i am a stay at home mum living in the beautiful Whitsundays in Australia.I am 28 years old and a stay at home mum..I have only started to struggle with my weight after my daughter was born and she is now 3 years and my sister in law and i are starting to get fit and active..I am 77kg (12 stone).I would like to get down to 60kg (9 stone).

I was a stay at home mum back in the 1970's and I know the lure of the biscuit tin only too well. Good luck to you and your sister in law. It's always good to have a diet buddy.
