Hello!

I am a first time mum, have been doing the single mum thing since my boy was born (now 18 months) and i have had some help from my lovely parents but nothing prepares you for how hard parenting is!

When i fell pregnant i was 50kg. VERY underweight for my size. I happily put on 30kg during pregnancy which was well needed and thought, well, that will totally be easy to lose after i have my baby. I'll walk everyday, eat healthy, exercise my butt off. HA! My body doesn't respond the same way at all to what it use to. I know there are a lot of people who would love to be around my weight right now but for me it's been a struggle not to put on anymore. Putting it on is easier then losing it but i've finally found something that works for me and will be keeping a weight-loss diary hoping i can share my progress with everyone and maybe even help others at the same time :)

Hi Ash , I wish you all the best on your journey ! I would love to find out how to use/make a weight-loss diary, its sounds like a brilliant idea which I need to put to good use haha .I currently weigh 87 kgs but I would like to loose 10kgs-13kgs to end up weighing 75kgs . :)
