I'm trying to lose 85 lbs as fast as possible. I really want this to happen over time, but I know that is physically impossible. I am able to eat very healthy for about a week, but then I start to revert back to my old ways. I just need help to really stay motivated in eating healthy and working out every day.

I have just joined and feel the same! I was eating healthy for a while then gave in and kicked back in to my sugar addiction D: I thought the best way for me to stay motivated is to take photo's and do a daily diary on here which i have just started. Then it's kind of like i owe it to people to show that i can do it! Motivation is a tough one, i know, but by the looks of this page there is so much support i hope we can all motivate you to get on the right track and stay there :) Here to chat if you need.

Hello there Aria & Ash ,I quite think there is many of us in the same situation .Its is quite hard for change but I can assure you this, it beholds great benefits and changes you to gradually complete great goals you set yourself .Here is a quote to help motivate and put us on the right track " It’s in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped " ;)
