Hello ! I'm a newcomer. I decided to come to this forum because I don't manage to lose weight.
Even if I make a deal with my best friend, I just can't handle it more than a week. My current weight is 129 lbs and my goal is 110 lbs. (I'm short).
I walk about 2 hours a day, but I really don't want to exercise. (I hate sports, except walking and horse riding).
I really hope being on this forum will give me the courage I need to lose my weight, because I lost all self-confidence. My relatives who knew me before I gain weight are also looking at me in a way I can't handle anymore. I want to feel good and pretty again.

On a happier note, I'm 20 and I'm currently studying in Paris :) I love music and cinema, feel free to talk to me !
 
Two hours walking a day is pretty good for exercise. How tall are you if you don't mind me asking? You said you're short and 129 falls in range with a lot of short bodies. Paris is awesome! I'm curious as to what you eat on a daily basis or what eating habits you have? If you're already at an ideal body weight/fat percentage it will be tougher to lose weight, but it can be done with a shift of dieting habits. Just from my own personal experience. I wish I was 129! Haha. Welcome to the forum, plenty of inspiration and help to go around.
 
I'm 155cm.
My eating habits are a mess. For example, today I ate an entire strawberry pie. Just this. It was about 1200 calories. I'm full now and I don't plan to eat more, but I know how unealthy it is. I always want to eat these kind of things.
I hope you're going to achieve your goal !
 
TigerLily, might I suggest a keto diet for your habits? You're allowed to make your own strawberry pie, very low carbs/sugar. Keto has done wonders for me and allowed me to continue to eat such snacks/treats/desserts while still losing weight. You can do this though!
 
You are walking two hours a day. That's great. I think you have problems with your meal. You must follow a clean and healthy diet with low carbs. Otherwise you will not get your result perfectly.
