I'm new here to the site. Hoping to make a major lifestyle change in order to lose weight, get healthy, and feel better overall. Unfortunately I don't have access to a gym, and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what I should have around the house for basic workouts and cardio. Any tips on keeping myself accountable would be great as well!
Hopefully being able to come here for advice and such will help me on this journey.
