Hi, I'm Lou Lou. I've finally got myself into a (relatively) good headspace to shift some of this weight and am anticipating open and honest support will help me achieve my goals! So far, I've been in a bit of denial about my weight gain and my continued struggle with weight.
In my early twenties I was bulimic which put a huge strain on my mental health and my attitudes towards weight, healthy eating and body image. I kicked the purge habit but the binging was more of a problem. I have tried and tried to lose weight healthily but I always seem to hit a wall and end up gaining again.
I have followed an old Weight Watchers program but, again, slipped. Now I am just looking to realistically, and healthily, shift some weight, improve my fitness and get back into my favourite size 12 jeans!
I am still trying to work up the courage to weigh myself and begin monitoring my weight again but I am determined to weigh in tomorrow morning!
