I just found this forum and am really excited about it. I have been dieting for along time by myself now and have hit a point where I can really use some extra motivation. I started dieting at my high weight point of 237 lbs. I currently am at 190.8 lbs. It has been a long hard battle. To continue I am hoping to learn some new ideas and thoughts to stay motivated. I look forward to meeting all of you and getting to know all you better.
