Hi there everyone

I am new to the site and was ust hoping to get some support from peopple who were going thru or had been thru the difficulty of being overweight and losing it!

I stopped smoking in May and altho i was overweight then i am even bigger now
I feel twice as old as i am and feel so unhealthy - i think i have got to a turning point in my life!

i started herbal magic last monday and weighed in at 230 (my heaviest ever)

Hi Sez! Everyone here knows how difficult it is to lose weight! This place is wonderful! I'm sure you will get alot of support from us. Like you I felt like I was at a turning point in my life and decided to do something about my weight. So Congrats! on taking the first step!! What kind of diet are you planning on doing? Any Exercise programs? I look forward to hearing from you!

I power walk when i walk my dogs - i hope to go swimming but its a viscious circle in as i feel uncomfortable so i wont until i have lost some weight ...
The diet I am doing was set by a company called herbal magic - i can have no added salt no white breadand 8 glasses of water a day
i measure and weigh all my food - its a good balanced diet and eat six times a day - i also take herbal tablets which are sposed to help - i havent felt hungry yet but i have had cravings - but hopefully i can be strong enough lol

i smoked 60 a day for years and i gave up cold turkey - this is harder! whats that all about then lol

First of all.....I am soooo glad you quit smoking!!!!...You have added years to your life ! WAY TO GO!!!
Second....I am happy you are tackling the next thing in your life...losing weight!!!....You Will do it!
Go ahead and start writing in your diary...feel free to look into ours!
And get ready to lose some lbs!!!!!

Hi Sez! I am so glad that you found us and also glad that you quit smoking!! There is tons of support on here. Everyone is wonderful and are here for the same reason you are. Nobody judges anybody at all here and that is what I needed. So many people can be so cruel in this world but not here. It is like we are one big family! So, welcome! Hope to see you around here on a regular basis.
