Hi! I am from Michigan and am seeking a site that will aide me in losing weight. I have been trying to take weight off for sometime but seems like my will power gets the best of me and I give up. I am look forward to discussing weight loss tips from everyone and having support to achieve my desired weight. :eek:

Hi, I am from Indiana and this is my first time on this site. How do you get those neat ticker things with your weight loss on them in your posts?
 
Welcome, you have come to the right place. If I can lose weight anyone can ;) Go to it's easy, just follow the directions.

I had my ticker all ready to go but I do not know how to get it in my posts. :confused: I have to say this web site is great. I look forward to getting on here and reading what everyone has to say. I have tried loosing weight so many times it is not funny. This time is different! I am doing it my way, no fad diets or pressure to follow any program. I guess I am getting older and wiser. I just wish I could figure that ticker thing out. LOL
 
Well Brookie, when my boyfriend comes home this weekend he's gonna show me how to get my ticker tickin!! HaHa Then I will explain it to you.K :p
I have tried about a million times and a billion ways to lose weight. Last winter was the first time anything actually worked. I joined Weight Watchers and lost 26 pounds. But now I can seem to find that drive in me anymore. I have been stuck between 140 and 145 for months now. Which I guess is good that I haven't gained more than that, but still... I wish I could get to my goal of at least 130. Or even to be in the 130's... I am trying to run everyday, and I have. But my calorie intake has been INSANE!!! I finally get to go grocery shopping on Friday, so hopefully I can get some veggies and stuff. But I hate veggies unless there's dip or (my best friend and worst enemy) CHEESE. :eek:
 
wow it worked! At least one thing is going well today, I have been doing a great job of working out everyday and eating a salad everyday for lunch. I was off work yesterday for the Columbus Day holiday and I had a vacation day today. I did workout yesterday but today has been bad. I had a candy bar and did not go to the gym, :( Back to work tomorrow so I will get back on the wagon again! Good luck with your ticker, not sure I could explain it to you. I think I just go lucky. Have good one!!!!
 
hey all , im new to this . Am from ireland and just starting my diet with about 4 stone to lose. seriously need some support and advice, so feel free.

Seems cery daunting task at the moment but will stay positve

14 pounds in a stone, sounds like less saying 4 stone rather than 56 pounds dont u think! lol well that is my excuse
