Hi! I'm new to this forum. So let me introduce myself.

I am currently a college student who has struggled with weight for a very long time. As a 19 year old, it is hard to fit in and be happy when all you think are negative thoughts about yourself. So, I have decided to do something about it!

Welcome to the forum! You will find a lot of supportive people here! I think it is hard to fit in when you are overweight no matter what your age, so I'm sure most people here can relate with you. How much weight are you trying to lose?

I am trying to lose at least 40lbs... it's going to be tough, but I think I can do it. :D

Hello, everybody I'm new and need some serious help in losing weight . I have tried everything and nothing worked, so I am hope this will . Any advice on how to fight the good weight loss fight will be very appreciated....thanks:p
 
Hi, Brambo! I'm new too, but I hope I can be some help :D

Exercise at least 3x a week for 45minutes
Eat 1200-1500 cals a day
Drink plenty of water
Stay positive

Those are some of the things that have worked for me in the past. Good luck!
