Hey I am new to this forum. Its nice to see a weight loss forum so I decided to sign myself up.

I started my weight loss journey September 2005 and So far I have lost 90lbs. I started at 350lbs (it could of been more) and now I weight 260lbs. I want to get down to 200lbs and build muslce from there.

Anyway good luck to all.

Yay! Wow look at how far you've come! That is amazing. Doesn't it feel great to say I've lost 90lbs. If you've come this far you'll do great.

You've come to the right place, the people here are awesome. I'm still a newb but after only making a few posts, I had a bad week gained a little and disappeared. People actually missed me and asked me to come back! It was a great feeling and really helps in the motivation department.

Welcome. Are you building muscle now? If not, you should go ahead and start. Muscle burns your food better than fat so it will help you loose weight to have more muscle. If you are and I misundestood, nevermind. Just welcome.
 
Yes I did start weight training about a month ago now. Before that I just did mainly Cardio exercise by using a treadmill 1 hour a day.

Its definitly tough but I just changed the way I think of food and it has been working for me.
