Well, I'm trying to lose the 18 pounds I've gained since I got married 4 years ago... I had a friend looking through an old photo album and they commented how "great" I had looked when my husband and I first got together! My biggest plus: optimism and quitting smoking 3 months ago. My biggest problem to overcome: my love for sweets and good country cooking and no time! I'm hoping to get eating habit support and exercise tips... I don't like to spend hours working out, and used to run all the time, but can't seem to find the motivation to get back to it, and get very bored with aerobics as I am the world's biggest clutz and cannot seem to master the moves!
