I'm new.. well not really, I signed up hear a while ago, but right now, I REALLY need your help!!

I'm in such a sticky situation! I'm graduating in 23 days, and I NEED to fit into my dress. It look a long time for it to come in, and I JUST got it today, and THE BODICE DOESN'T FIT! It's my upper body that is the problem and I could lose a litte tiny bit off my waist. I know it seems completely unrealistic to lose like 1.5" off my bust, but i'm SO DESPERATE! Is it possible in 3 weeks? What can I do to tone the back fat? Any dumbell exercises that targets that area? I NEED your imput, and I don't really feel like spending more money on alterations because it's already REALLY expensive!! HELP!:eek:
 
Welcome. It sounds like you're motivated! 1.5 inches is not impossible over 3 1/2 weeks. Read up, do your research, pre-plan your diet and food purchases, and good luck!
 
I have been in a similar situation and it really sucks when the dress wont fit. I had the same issue with my upper half.

Not sure how much of a sacrifice you are willing to make, but I would recommend going on a juice diet to drop some quick weight. I lost 15lbs in 3 weeks about a year ago. Of course at least half was water weight but I got into my dress! I gained it back by eating bad, but now I'm losing through low cal and lots of exercise.

Also, not sure if the dress is low cut or not, but you can get some body armor or a corsett to pull it all in. You could easily pull in an inch and a half.

Another thing you might try is cutting carbs, that will help you drop some water weight quick too.

Anyhow, hope that helps! Make sure to hit the gym too, whatever you decide. Ask a trainer which equipment you can use to firm up your back. Sometimes they will have little pictures on it that highlight the areas. Good luck to you. YOu can do it!!

One more thing.... drinks lots of water so your body won't hold any extra due to dehydration. It also helps flush out fat and toxins.
