Hi, I am a 17 year old. I am 5'1' and weigh about 160 pounds. I want to find a way to loose about 50 pounds. I am going to be a high school senior when I go back to school. I am working at a restaurant right now. Despite all my weight I still manage to run cross country. It is alot more challenging when you have more weight to carry with you. I hope this website will give me the guidance I need too loose these 50 pounds.
