Hi

My name is jane and i have just started to do something abt the extra weight (12kg)I have carriedfor 10 years. I have been exercising 1.5 hours per day (thru walking and swimming ) for the last 3 weeks and I have not loss a lbs. However I notice some of my clothes fit better. I did not really change my diet but make sure I do not eat more than my normal. But it is so frustrating when you read of people who could lose weight so easily.
I join this forum hoping to meet somebody who share the same beginning but has a better ending. Anyone ????? Maybe it is my age (45) Too old .

I have been told many times that you are what you beleive yourself to be, So if you think your to old for anything, than maybe thats the case.

Me, I'm 40 and I Ain't acceptin' this fat old body as my reality anymore! Hope you can do the same:)
 
i hear fat is much more stubborn to lose the older you get. even oprah says perimenopausal women have to lift weights just to get anywhere and she should know!

it sounds like you have lost inches if your clothes are fitting better so its only a matter of time before the pounds start falling off too. dont give up and make sure to drink a lot of water each day to help flush out the fat. :)
