Hi, my name is Jade and I am 19 years old. Currently I've been feeling down about my weight. Although I have an amazing fiance who loves me how I am, I just don't like myself. I just keep getting bigger and bigger and it's wearing me down. I am 213 pounds and I am 5 foot 5 so should be like 9 stone or something. I'm here to listen/help/motivate other people and would also accept any good diet tips. What are the best drinks if not keen on water? What's better gym or free exercise like walking etc?
