I began to identify the sources of fat in my diet to see which one I could cut down on. I started to pay attention to total calories, so I could replace high fat foods with low-calorie foods like vegetables. When thoughts of worry that I may not accomplish my goals comes, I say out loud I believe I receive my good results, I go outside and walk on the sunny side of the street and hug a tree. This may sound odd, but it makes me feel better. I hope this sharing may help someone else fell better too. deborahfearon62
