Hello board, I'm an out of shape, 6 feet 150 pounds 18 year old male who'm recently started jogging. In middle school I used to be in my school's wrestling team but since then I have not worked a single day until last month, when I decided "enough is enough, I need to at least try to get fit", and here I am I guess. Nice to meet yall
