Hey :)

I'm Vicky and, I need to lose weight! I've done it before, so I know I can do it again, with a little bit of support.
I'm 22, 5"4, and my start weight is 12st10, or 178lbs. I'm hoping to lose around 2 stone, don't really have a goal weight, I'll see how I feel when I get around there!

ALL tips are welcome, exercise and diet tips. I've started this week with cutting rubbish out of my diet and eating less generally. Struggling with hunger at times though, generally between lunch and evening meal, and also a few hours after my evening meal.

So yeah...I'm ready for this!

My gym/exercise plan is starting in a couple of weeks time after I move house, as will then my full diet 'plan', which isn't being such of a plan, more just not eating complete rubbish all of the time!
I managed to lose a lot of my weight last time with running, which will start soon, when I get up in the morning and go, rather than procrastinating, which I'm far too good at!
