My name is Rozanna, I will soon have 15 years of experience at being 21 years old :) I am a Stay at Home mum with 6 kids ranging from 16 years to 18 months. I was 149kg (after 2 kids) at the age of 27 and got down to 72kg when I was 28, then I met my partner and had 4 kids to him in less then 5 years, and I ballooned in size, I am currently sitting on 104 kgs and I would like too loose 30 - 35 kgs. I have found I cannot do it alone, I need help with motivation. My wonderful partner still loves me, he still calls me sexy, but how can I feel the same way, I hate him touching me, hell I'm embaressed for him when we go out somewhere together......................So here I am, I found this forum by chance and decided to register, because who else can understand what I am going through, then people that have been there or in the same situation that I am in now.

Don't get offended if you reply to my post and I don't answer, as I am going away for the weekend to join my partner, he works 300kms away and we only get to see him every few weeks, NO kids, first time in 16 years.

You could start a diary if you'd like. We use them to keep track of calories and exercise, and also help us to keep track of you and your progress.

hi :) aww ur really lucky to have ur husband, he sounds so sweet! congrats on the 6 kids to :) that must be a handful, especially with such an age range. Its great that uve taken steps to start and that uve joined here :) good luck!

thanx all for the warm welcome, it was a lovely weekend away, been very busy because we have decide to move to Adelaide in the next couple of months, it was a big decision to make. One good thing is that I will be doing a lot more walking because I hate driving in the city. At the moment I've been packing like crazy, forgetting to eat half the time, running after kids all day, sorting out arguments etc etc etc, so theres my exercise for the next couple of months.

Before I found this site I kept a diary, but it got boring because it didn't offer encouragement or support.

Well I better get back to doing somemore packing before the kids start falling over boxes.

Welcome to the forum! The "diary" that the others are referring to is one on this forum. You start a new thread that is your diary under the weight loss diary section. Then people can post comments and support in your diary. You will find you get a lot of support that way. :D Good luck on your goals! We are here for ya!
